Priority Processing
We process orders according to their priority. Priority is determined by what shipping method has been selected. We use a system of coloured flags to indicate the priority level associated with a particular shipping method. These flags are shown in the table above and are explained here:

6 | Part Printed Orders | Economy orders with multiple products. When the first product is printed, the remaining products are prioritised so that the entire order is not delayed. |

7 | Economy Orders | These orders are printed last. Even though they are normally delivered either on time or early, during extremely busy periods like Christmas, we recommend a higher priority shipping service if your order is time critical. |

Shipping services are associated with locations. Locations are defined by postcodes. The following table shows the postcodes our couriers do not consider to be in the UK Mainland and their locations. If the first part of your shipping address postcode is not in this table our couriers consider your shipping address to be in the UK Mainland.
